Mayday! Mayday!

We have a time-sensitive topic today. I repeat :Time:Sensitive:Notice the following:Looks, festive- right?BUT there is an issue. Do you see it?Look closer.... closer....Too Close! Just kidding.But really- did you notice that there are only three stockings?We have four people (and a dog) in our family. Something is missing!I have made all of our stockings so far. Needlepoint stockings, to be exact. I think they're adorable and I love them because they've been specially made for each of us. But they do take a dedicated amount of time.When I set out to make Bubba's stocking, I began well before he was born. Back before we even knew his name or that he... was actually a he. Yet- there I was, 3am on Christmas Eve, furiously stitching to ensure that it was completed in time for me to drop it off to Oma to have it put together. By the skin of my teeth, it was finished. I vowed not to have that happen for the next kiddo.But alas, here we are.It is December 1st and there is no Little Bear stocking.I started this one well before we had a name for her as well. Yet it's nowhere near completed.I suppose between having two littles and being on my own business venture- I've pushed it to the back of my mind. But No More!I will finish this stocking before Christmas eve- mark me. I mean it.Here's the progression so far- I'll hopefully be able to update you once it's finished.Wish me luck.If you need me for the next 20 days- I'll be up to my ears in thread!Be Great,M
